We also have a 300,000 sq ft storage facility on 26 acres of lakeside property also packed with furniture and antiques. Ordering by Phone
To place an order by phone, simply call us at (404) 696-2399. Please make sure you have the product number(s) of the item(s) you are interested in purchasing. Remember, we offer repeat customer discounts for return customers as well as quantity shipping discounts up to 20% when going to the same address.

If you are ordering multiple items your shipping charges may be significantly less than you think as you can get up to 20% discount off combined shipping totals for all items. This shipping discount will automatically be deducted from your total at checkout.

This means extra savings for those living in the Western States and New York. The discount does not apply to blanket wrapped items. The discount applies to items that ship by common carrier only. (These discounts apply to furniture only, not smaller sized items like collectibles)

We offer a 20% combined shipping discount for 2 or more items being shipped to the same address: (These discounts only apply to items that are being shipping within the USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, by common carrier trucklines).  Our Canadian rates are becoming VERY competitive, please contact us for a shipping quote to Canada.

When Can I Expect My Order?
Delivery takes 2-3 weeks from receipt of payment. Expedited delivery takes 7-10 business days and is available for most items. Please remember that packing and crating high end furniture and antiques takes time; it also requires skilled and experienced packers and craters with years of experience. Please do not rush us because we want to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. We at MBW pride ourselves on our top-notch packing and crating standards.

Notification of Delivery
You will receive tracking information via email for all orders shipped. For Items shipped UPS, your tracking information will display the arrival date. For larger items going by freight carrier, you will be contacted by the delivery service several days prior to delivery to set up a day and general time window for you to receive your order. Be sure to have someone there to receive your delivery during the time window the delivery service has given you otherwise re-delivery fees may occur.

What is my Responsibility Concerning my Delivery?
For items going by freight carrier, after an appointment is set they will come to your home or business during the time frame agreed upon, and deliver your furniture. It is always best to try to inspect the furniture at the time of delivery. If for any reason a brief inspection cannot be performed prior to signing for the furniture, please take a moment at the time of delivery to ensure everything is in good order, and if not, to make the appropriate notations on the delivery receipt. THINGS TO NOTE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: "Furniture did NOT arrive on pallet", "Only received 3 of the 4 Boxes, 1 box short etc", "Hole or Dent in Box", "Box Torn" and if Damage is visible or obvious then make sure to note "Damaged" on the delivery receipt.
