This guarantee will offer our customers the peace of mind they deserve when placing an order without actually seeing/touching the product they are buying. MBW FURNITURE will only warranty high quality furniture such as this because we are confident that our customers will be very satisfied with the quality, appearance and durability.

MBW FURNITURE warranties this product against cracking, shrinking or warping and for any factory defects for repair or replacement of the same item. MBW FURNITURE will compensate customer for repairs required or if repairs are not possible or cost effective, will ship out a replacement free of charge once the item is returned and inspected. All repairs must be preapproved by MBW FURNITURE. MBW FURNITURE will be responsible for return shipping from customer as long as customer is able and willing to pack the item to meet carrier packing and safety requirements. It is essential that any returns be packed properly and on a pallet in order for the carrier to insure the shipment in the event of damage. In the event this item is discontinued or out of stock, customer will have the option of an exchange for another item of equal value to the original purchase price.

MBW FURNITURE will deliver the purchase using an independent common carrier truckline. The delivery service the customer is paying for is curbside delivery meaning it is the driver's responsibility only to get the merchandise as close to your door or garage as possible. With this inexpensive delivery service, drivers are limited to what they are allowed to do and are NOT permitted to take anything inside your home or up any stairs. It is the customer's responsibility to help the driver or arrange to have help when the driver arrives. Any customer requiring Inside delivery will need to email us for a quote at:customerservice@mbwfurniture.com. Inside delivery does not include set up. Customer may hire an independent company in their city that will set up the merchandise.

Our products come in factory boxes and will require minor assembly.
