MBW FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ?s): Are you a typical furniture retail store? No, we are not. The bulk of our business is selling to furniture resellers and Interior designers. We have 2 very large distribution facilities totaling 331,000 sq feet where we receive large tractor tailors of high end furniture daily. We are equipped as a wholesale distribution center and not set up entirely as a retail showroom. Many of our items are displayed, but some are not. We do have hundreds of items displayed for your viewing in both our locations. Where are you located? Can we visit both locations to see your merchandise? It is our pleasure to greet you at either of our facilities in Georgia and show you the thousands of items we have IN STOCK!!! What are your hours of operation? Atlanta facility: Mon - Fri 9-5, Sat 10-5, Sunday 12 pm to 5 pm. Griffin facility: By appointment only What Methods of payment do you accept? We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MC, Discover, Amex Paypal: Please send Paypal payments to: MBWFurniture@yahoo.com Personal/Business checks Certified funds Cash Will I be charged Sales tax? If you live in a state other than Georgia, and we ship your order to you, you will not be responsible for sales tax. You must however pay sales tax of 7% if you pick up from our facility or reside in the state of Georgia.
Do you offer any discounts to repeat customers? Yes. As a token of our appreciation for your continued business, we offer 5% discounts to return customers. Do you offer shipping discounts to customers purchasing more than 1 item in one order?
Yes, most multiple purchases shipped to the same address will receive up to 20% off on total shipping! This means extra savings for those living in the Western States and New York. The discount does not apply to blanket wrapped items. The discount applies to items that ship by common carrier only.
Do you match competitor's prices for identical items? We at MBW Furniture are confident that we can meet or beat any of our competitor's prices at any time. If you find the same item that we are selling for less elsewhere, please call us at 404-696-2399 and we will match the price, no questions asked.
I can't quite find what I'm looking for, what should I do? We strongly urge you to call us at (404) 696-2399. Chances are, we have EXACTLY what you are looking for. We add about 300 new items to our website every month. Currently, we have close to 2000 items in our ebay store and on our e-commerce website.
How will my order be packed and shipped? Your order will be handled with extreme care before shipping: It will be carefully inspected and re-inspected to ensure it is in perfect condition It will be professionally custom boxed or crated using the highest quality packing materials It will be palletized on Grade A Pallets The packing will be re-inspected by a shipping supervisor Once approved for shipping, we will schedule the delivery with one of our common carrier truck lines. Is my order safe being shipped with a common carrier truck? We are experts in packing and crating high end furniture and antiques. We ship hundreds of very fragile orders each and every month with a phenomenal track record. It is a fact amongst the common carriers we use, that we have THE LOWEST damage incidence ratio in the furniture business averaging less than 1%!!! You are in good hands with a team of dedicated professionals who know how important it is for our customers to receive their order in perfect condition. Will the delivery company contact me prior to delivery? Yes, the delivery company is required per our contract with them, to call all customers well in advance of delivery. They will contact you and set up a time convenient for delivery. Will they deliver inside my home? Common carriers are not insured or set up for inside deliveries. Please make all necessary arrangements to assist with the delivery of your order. Should you require inside delivery and set up, please contact us at (404) 696-2399 and we can make all necessary arrangements for you. Please understand that this service will be at an additional cost. I have had a bad experience with common carrier truck lines in the past, is there another means of transporting my order? Yes. We can ship your order using a blanket wrap moving company also known as "White Glove service". Unfortunately, this method often is very expensive and can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Should you require a quote for delivery using a Blanket wrap company, please contact us at (404) 696-2399. We can work up the cost for this service as well as the delivery time. When can I expect delivery of my order? You can expect delivery 2-3 weeks from the date payment was made, depending on availability. Rest assured, most items are in stock and ready to be shipped. Please remember that White Glove service will take longer.
I cannot wait 2-3 weeks for my order to arrive, do you offer RUSH DELIVERY? Yes, but at an additional cost. Please read below for information on Rush Delivery options and additional fees:
Regular Expedited: (Guaranteed delivery in 7-10 business days): Additional cost: $85 Super expedited: Guaranteed delivery in 3-5 business days): Additional cost: $150

Can I pick up from your facility to save on shipping? Yes, please schedule your pick up a day or 2 in advance so your order will be ready by the time you arrive. You can also pick up from our Atlanta facility on weekends during our Atlanta weekend business hours. Please see above for weekend hours. Pick ups are subject to state and local sales taxes of 7%.
I live in Georgia, do you offer local delivery? Is it as expensive? We offer local delivery. It is not the same price as nationwide delivery. Please call us at (404) 696-2399 for a local delivery quote.
Will my order be insured for damage or loss? Yes. The truck line offers limited insurance up to $1.50 per pound; this is not enough in our opinion. We STRONGLY recommend you purchase inexpensive supplemental insurance through us for additional protection.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged? Please contact us immediately at (404) 696-2399 while the driver is still there and before signing anything. We will walk you through the process of what to do next. If you purchase our supplemental insurance, you have nothing to worry about as we will take care of everything for you on our end. It will be a great idea for you to keep all cartons in your possession until you have inspected everything. In the event you have to return an item, it will be a lot easier for you to repack the item with the original cartons. Generally, we do not accept returned merchandise UNLESS it is in its original cartons.
What happens if I have to return an item? Please carefully repack the item in its ORIGINAL carton and call us when it is ready to be picked up. We will then coordinate everything from there on our end. Please do not return an entire order containing multiple items if only one or 2 of the items need to be returned. We accept returns per our terms and conditions of sale. Please contact us at (404) 696-2399 for more information on returns and exchanges. Please understand that we offer the option of repairing your furniture in your home or returning it. Some of our customers find it to be less of a hassle to have an item repaired rather that go through the time and energy of repacking an item. Please be sure to protect yourself with our strongly recommended supplemental insurance.
