Sales/Customer Service:

Candidate must have knowledge/skills/experience as indicated below:

1. Superior Customer Service Skills - Must be very professional, patient and friendly with customers. Ability to solve customer problems tactfully and diplomatically

2. Excellent sales skills: Must be able to lead customers in the right direction and help them find the products they are looking for. Must enjoy dealing with customers on the phone as well as walk in customers.

3. Ebay sales: Fluency with all aspects of Ebay is a must especially selling on ebay. Candidate must be proficient in the following areas of ebay selling: a. Listing items on ebay in bulk b. Sending Paypal invoices c. sending congratulations letters to winning bidders d. Filing non paying bidder alerts e. filing for final value credit fees f. sending paypal invoices g. leaving feedback h. dispute resolution through square Trade i. Ending auctions j. All aspects of Selling manager pro ie: bulk relisting sold and unsold auctions, deleting auctions from unsold listings etc.

4. Website content management: Candidate will be familiar with updating and making changes to large e-commerce websites, website marketing and advertising a HUGE plus, newsletter distribution and management.

5. Excellent writing skills: Candidate will have excellent written communication skills. Will be responsible for writing descriptive write ups for furniture and antique items we sell on our website and Ebay.

6. Digital photography skills: A HUGE plus. Ability to take crystal clear digital photographs of furniture and antiques. Ability to manipulate digital photos and edit them for accurate representation of actual items being sold on the net.

7. Computer Skills: Quick Books Pro a plus, Ebay a must, word, exel, photoshop, HTML a plus, Cold fusion a plus, fluency with email communication and ability to respond to numerous emails quickly on a daily basis.

8. Marketing skills: Candidate will have at least 2 years experience in marketing and advertising with an emphasis on web marketing and catalog/flyer/ad distribution.

Part time weekend sales/customer service reps:
We are always in need of people to work Saturdays and Sundays in customer service and sales. If you have a full time job but need extra money, this is the ideal job for you. Must be excellent in sales and have experience with furniture and antiques. Must be very friendly and customer service oriented.
