This newly acquired property is located at 22 High Falls Rd, Griffin, Georgia, 30223. This property will serve as an additional warehousing distribution center for the 6 year old Georgia based corporation that also has a 35,000 square foot facility at 4777 Fulton Industrial Blvd, Atlanta, Georgia 30336.
In addition to its use as a distribution center, there are further plans to use one of the buildings as a furniture repair/refinishing/restoration facility and custom furniture manufacturing plant, by the end of 2005.
