This absolutely stunning solid mahogany English Pub canopy bar has an oversized moulded cornice with carved accent panels in the frieze and three lead glazed lighted stain glass panels with stemware storage on either side. The back bar has a bevelled edge mirror in the center and an arched top, bevelled edge mirror on either side with candle shelves. Accent carved panels with turned and accent carved columns decorate the back bar. There are four smooth operating drawers and four large open cabinets with decorative curved corner valances and a shelf each for plenty of storage.

The front bar has a beautiful variegated ivory marble top and four accent carved panels in front with fluted dividers which have scrolled and acanthus leaf carved accents at the top. These scrolled and carved brackets match those supporting the candle shelves in the back bar. The fluted dividers are also featured on the sides of the back bar. Behind the front bar there are two smooth operating drawers, two cabinets with carved panels in the doors, an open storage cabinet and a bottle storage panel with room for 15 bottles. Two faux drawer panels on either side open to reveal a storage shelf. All 6 drawers have a 3/4 inch divider in the center. OLD WORLD METHODS

Many people find that the old world methods used in the construction of these unique pieces add beauty and character. The handcrafted, shop built workmanship may cause slight differences in measurements, carvings, and finish. We do our best to insure quality by using workshops that use treated wood that has been 100% kiln dried to an 8-10% moisture content, however due to the nature of solid wood slight cracking may occur. Solid wood products constantly respond to their environment, therefore, the furniture has a subtle distressed look. Some splitting, cracking, chipping and glazing may occur, especially in harsher climates and when adjusting to temperature fluctuations. We, and the vast majority of our customers, think the imperfect nature of the wood and finishing methods create an antique but spirited look that is part of the charm and appeal of the product. Please be aware that these blemishes and imperfections are non-structural in nature and are to be expected.
