International Shipping

We have formed a strong partnership with an exceptional international freight carrier. They have proven that they can successfully deliver to virtually anywhere in the world.

We are, however, restricted by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) from shipping to these countries:

• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria
• Myanmar (Formerly Burma)
• Sudan

For a complete quote, we will need the following information:

• Your complete shipping address.
• The specific product numbers of the furniture items you are interested in.
• Note what type of service you will be requiring
• Door-to-Port, Door-to-Door, or In-Home Setup

We have provided a form below for your convenience.

All quotes are valid for a maximum of 60 days.

Please note our quote will not include International duty or taxes which may be incurred at the border.  All fees incurred at the border will be your sole responsibility and should we be billed by your customs agent, your account with us will be charged.

In the event you choose to use your own freight carrier, please note the following important conditions:

1. The Bill of Lading originated by the furniture manufacturer, will have MBW Furniture listed as Consignee. However, it is your freight carriers responsibility to create and use their own Bill of Lading which will include the final destination address.
2. Should mis-routing occur we cannot be held responsible, as we will have supplied all necessary documentation to the shipping agency of your choice. It will be their sole responsibility to ensure efficient and timely delivery to the final destination address.
3. When you have appointed your customs agent, we will need their contact information. Your shipping agent will also need this information to ensure your order is correctly released with the minimum of delay.
